Returns

Not happy with your purchase? No worries — we accept returns on unused items within 60 days of purchase for a full 100% refund back to your original payment method.

To return your order, follow these steps:

Pack your unused items securely.

Write your order number on a slip of paper and include it inside your package — this is how we identify your return and process your refund quickly.

Ship to the address below. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Purchase tracking for your return shipment. We recommend it — once a package leaves your hands, we have no way to locate it without a tracking number.

Important: If your order number is not included in your package, we cannot guarantee we will be able to locate your order and process your refund. Please don't skip this step!

Custom & personalized orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any items that have been customized or personalized.

Before your order goes to print, you will receive a proof for your review and approval. Please look it over carefully — once you approve your proof, you are confirming that all names, dates, spelling, and details are correct.

We are not responsible for typos, incorrect information, or any errors that were present in and approved during the proofing process.

That said, we want to make it right whenever we can. If you'd like to reprint, we're happy to offer a reprint at a slight discount. Just reach out to us and we'll work something out.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, as long as your order has not yet been processed. Your order is considered unprocessed if:

You have not yet received a proof via email

Your order has not been printed or shipped

If both of the above apply, email us at amanda@amandacreation.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Color accuracy

All of our products are printed at high resolution by professional printers right here in Illinois. However, screen colors vary from monitor to monitor, and printed colors may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen.

If exact color matching is critical to your order, we recommend doing a test print of your colors before purchasing.
