Adoption Certificates

Make meeting a new pretend pet part of the celebration. Our adoption certificates for stuffed animals help turn an adopt-a-pet birthday party into a day of proud introductions, imaginative stories and new friendships. Set out the plush companions you’ve chosen, invite guests to find a favorite and give each adoption a keepsake to take home.

Explore stuffed animal adoption certificates for puppy parties, teddy bear picnics, unicorn celebrations, dinosaur birthdays and more. Whether you’re planning a barnyard birthday or an ocean adventure, a themed certificate makes welcoming a new stuffed friend feel like a special occasion. Pair it with your chosen party favor for a memory children can carry into their next pretend adventure.

For teachers, our desk pet adoption certificates add a fun welcome to a new classroom companion. You’ll also find an Elf Adoption Certificate for celebrating the arrival of your family’s Christmas elf—a thoughtful way to begin a holiday tradition.

Each certificate features an original Amanda Creation design and is professionally printed in the USA. Choose the theme that fits your celebration and make adoption day something your guests or students can call their own.
